To put it plainly, without our esteemed guests, we could not continue in business. We think that the best food should be served at a reasonable price with service that leaves our customers wanting to return. We never consider our visitors to be givens. If a customer is not entirely satisfied, the manager will personally visit their table and ensure that any issues are resolved. With social media's current surge in popularity, we need to make sure that our customers are happier when they leave our restaurants than when they arrived.
Our in-house professional butchers hand-cut our steaks, which are famous for being both wet and dry-aged.
Our steaks are dry-aged for an additional five to seven days after being wet-aged for an average of 45 to 70 days. This prolonged aging process sets us apart from our rivals. We also serve fresh salads, poultry, seafood, and a few pasta dishes in addition to our famous steaks. We use only the finest ingredients to create our dishes from scratch. Little things are what entice guests to return.
